What We Do

Step 1

Our purpose is to plan the perfect vacation for you! To provide you with the best quote we will ask you the following questions.

• What dates do you prefer to travel?

• What is your vacation budget?

• What is your preferred destination?

• How many people will be traveling?

• Any additional details or expectations we should know about?

Step 2

After we have provided you with your quote(s) and you have decided on a destination, it is time to secure dates and accommodations. To secure your choices you will want to decide on your payment preference. Available options are:

​

• Make a $200 deposit towards your total balance! Yep! This alone will secure
your package. You pay the balance in installments of your choosing.  The balance just needs to be paid 30 days prior to travel.

​

• Make a total balance payment. Payment can be made via credit card.

​

​

Step 3

This is the most fun part for all of us! Tell us what your dream vacation looks like. We take that information and create a customized vacation just for you! What does that include? Here are some highlights.

​

• After we discuss what you want to do on your adventure, we create a customized daily itinerary based on your reservations, Disney FastPass+ selections and any other activities you want to include.

​

• Food! Some of the best restaurants are missed when meals aren't planned in advance. We will educate you on the wide array of restaurants and make your reservations. All you have to do is arrive hungry at mealtime! We will also recommend Dining Plan options that pertain to your plans.

• Disney FastPass+ Service. No one wants to wait for hours. You tell us what attraction are "musts" and we will coordinate your FastPass+ selections so that you are able to enjoy all of them. We will also share tips and tricks to use while you are in the park to get even more use of your FastPass+.

• Flying and staying at a Disney® Resort? We will make sure you ​get luggage tags to ensure that your luggage heads straight to your room at the Resort.

​

• Coordination of Disney's Magical Express® free transportation from the airport to your Resort.

​

• 24/7 support during your vacation. Transportation questions? Dining changes? Flight delays?
We are here for you during your entire vacation. No matter the question or need, we are at your service and will guide you every step of your adventure.

It's time to go!

We are still here for you! By now we have covered your vacation planning from start to finish but if there is any unexpected...we are just a phone call away! Call or contact your Planning Specialist at any time during your adventure and we will help you through any issues you encounter.
